At Prepubess, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Smart Snacks & Emergency Meal Kit. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or partially consumed snack kits or food products.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team first. Do not send the product back to the manufacturer or to our address without prior authorization.
Email us at: support@prepubess.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (usually 5-10 business days), depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at support@prepubess.com for assistance. We will replace defective items at no additional cost to you.
